We only provide fast and free Standard Shipping within the United Kingdom and are frequently delivered via Royal Mail or FedEx  (Monday-Friday).


TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME:-

  • Cut Off time: 5:00 pm, (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London)
  • Handling time: 1-2 Business Days (Monday To Friday)
  • Transit time: 3-7 Business days (Monday to Friday) Standard Shipping.

In case of delay for any reason, we will instantly contact you.

SHIPPING COST AND TAX:-

- We offer free shipping on every order.

- The list of costs and totals is in GDP £.

- There is no membership fee at our site.

DELIVERY TERMS:-

To ship the merchandise, we use Royal Mail or FedEx (Monday-Friday). Shipping.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS:-

Once it is in transit, we are unable to alter the delivery address. Contact us at support@perfectrunners.co.uk or call us at +447456281139 within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to change the delivery location.

MULTIPLE ADDRESSES:-

For a single order, we don't offer shipping to different addresses. Please place separate orders if you want products delivered to different addresses.

WRONG ADDRESS:-

If you put an incorrect address during checkout and the product returns to our store after delivery, then we will not be responsible for the loss of your package.

DELAYED:-

There are certain instances of delay, though. If your order won't be delivered for more than 11 business days, we'll let you know right away.

TRACKING:-

  • Once your order has been dispatched, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.
  • When your order has shipped, you will get an email from us that contains a tracking number you can use to check its status.
  • Please let us allow 48 hours for the tracking info to become available. 
  • Please make sure, the email you provided us is accurate and correct, or you will not receive the notification.

Return And Refund Policy:

  • Please refer to our Return policy if an order has already been shipped out.

PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
