We strive to eliminate any risks associated with your online ordering experience.

Please read the following conditions for purchasing from Perfect Runners:

  • The address listed on our website is not our return address. Do not send your return parcel to this address. First, contact us via email or LiveChat. We will investigate the case before accepting the return. Be careful and do not use this address as a return address, or we will not be responsible.

Refunds

  • You must post the shipment yourself to the given return address.
  • If the shipment is on the way, you must wait for it to be delivered before we can refund you.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 days maximum. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns Policy Conditions

At Perfect Runners, we want to ensure you are happy with the items you purchase. If you have changed your mind on a purchase, we will exchange your item, provide an exchange card, or refund your original method of payment provided that:

  • You return the item within 30 days (inclusive) from the tracked date of delivery.
  • You produce your original Perfect Runners invoice (receipt) when you return the item.
  • The item is in original saleable condition:
    • With all original tags.
    • In an unworn, unopened, and unused state.
    • Any sewn labels are still attached.
    • A returns form is completed and accompanies your returning item(s).
  • These trainers are not for resale on other platforms or websites.

If you cannot comply with these requirements, Perfect Runners reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on change-of-mind items. Perfect Runners will not accept a bank statement as proof of purchase.

Seasonal Override

We will take extra precautionary measures during holidays to deliver your required product in less time. Chat support and email support will be active to assist you with your shipments and your return and refund policy.

Faulty Items

If you have a faulty item that you would like refunded, repaired, or replaced, please contact our customer service team before sending the item back. If emailing regarding a fault, please attach pictures of the fault so the item can be assessed before a return is approved. In cases where a faulty item was received, a pre-paid shipping label can be emailed to cover the return costs on the faulty item. Faulty items may be returned outside of the regular returns time frames, provided the item is still under warranty. Please contact customer service or the brand directly for warranty periods.

We aim to process your refund within 24 hours of receiving the item; however, some faults must be approved by the manufacturer before a refund or replacement can be issued. In this case, we will keep you informed via regular email updates. This process usually takes around two weeks, and once completed, you should receive your refund or replacement within 1-7 business days.

Online Returns Policy

There may be times when you need to return an item purchased from us. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return. The benefits provided by our Returns Policy are in addition to your rights and remedies as a consumer.

If you wish to return any item(s) you have purchased, you can either return the item(s) via post to our online store or in person to a Perfect Runners store (only) within 30 days from the date of delivery. Return postage costs will be at your expense unless the item(s) returned is faulty or not as ordered. In this instance, postage will be incurred by Perfect Runners. Please contact customer service to organize pre-paid postage.

We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Perfect Runners.
